1. Who is responsible for your data

Over Easy Solar is the data controller for the information you submit. The concept is being developed together with Pivot Industrial Design as part of the DIP-DOGA research and innovation project, supported by DOGA's Design-driven Innovation Programme. Both organisations may access and process your information to develop and improve the product concept.

2. What information we collect

When you register your interest, you may provide:

• Early access (required): your email address and consent.
• Roof details (optional): your name, email, phone number, address, building type, roof type, roof size, and installation timeline.
• User research (optional): your answers about barriers to solar, what matters most in a product, installation preferences, concerns, an ideal-solution description, and whether you would be open to a follow-up interview.

Address information is processed via Google Maps Platform to locate and verify your address. Your draft responses are also saved locally in your browser until you submit the form.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Contact you about the plug-in solar concept and its availability.
• Understand what homeowners need and shape the product design.
• Invite you to further research activities such as interviews, if you indicate interest.
• Send occasional product updates, if you opt in to the newsletter.

4. Legal basis

We process your information based on your consent. You give consent by checking the required consent box before submitting the early-access form. Providing your email is necessary to join the early access list; all other fields are optional. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below).

5. Where your data is stored

Your information is stored in our information handling systems and may be accessed by Over Easy Solar and Pivot Industrial Design staff involved in the project. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as the plug-in solar concept is under development and you are a candidate for early access. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our systems.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
